Billing and allowances

What counts as a message?

Your messages in chat and goal breakdown share one allowance. Onboarding and regular check-ins retain their separate limits. Failed replies do not use your allowance.

How do portrait allowances work?

Your first portrait and one free regeneration are separate. Additional portraits and Sims avatars share a monthly allowance. Unused allowance does not carry over.

What happens after cancellation?

No new charges will be made. Progress remains active until your paid period ends, then your account returns to Free. Your profile, goals and plans are preserved.

How do I pay and get a receipt?

Payment takes place on YooKassa's secure page. The seller is self-employed; receipts are issued through My Tax and sent to the email you provide.
