Public Offer for a LifeProgress Subscription

Last updated 30.10.2026

Terms version: 2026-10-30.1.

1. Provider and offer

Sergey Misakovich Durgalyan, a self-employed professional income tax payer, taxpayer ID 232018676341, based in Sochi, Russian Federation (the Provider), offers a contract for paid access to LifeProgress at https://life.create-products.com. Requests and legally significant messages: mail@create-products.com.

This is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Russian Civil Code. A user must have the capacity required for the transaction or act with appropriate participation of a lawful representative. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of this wording.

2. Subject and free access

The Provider grants continuous digital service access through an account to Progress features for the paid period. Features include the profile, skills, goals, plans, history and available AI functions within allowances. AI results are proposals; users confirm changes themselves.

Free requires no card/payment and includes 30 chat/goal-breakdown messages and 2 additional portraits per month, plus manual profile, goal and plan use. Registration alone does not purchase a subscription or authorise charges. Data, AI, photo and sharing permissions do not replace a contract.

The service supports personal organisation and self-assessment. It is not a medical, psychological, financial or other professional service and does not promise a specific personal outcome. This does not limit the duty to provide paid access properly.

3. Price, period and allowances

Progress costs ₽399 per calendar month or ₽3,990 per calendar year. Annual access is paid in one ₽3,990 payment. The final amount and period are shown before checkout; LifeProgress adds no additional commission. Payments are in roubles.

Both intervals include 300 chat/goal-breakdown messages and 10 additional portraits each month. Portraits and Sims avatars share an allowance. Onboarding/check-ins have separate limits; the first portrait and one free regeneration are separate. Failed replies do not consume the successful monthly allowance.

Access starts after server payment confirmation. Calendar periods follow the activation date and month lengths; the account displays the actual end date. Annual allowances reset monthly from the original activation date. Unused allowances do not accumulate or convert to money.

At a limit, the corresponding generation waits for renewal; manual features remain available. The free account and plans can be reviewed before purchase.

4. Acceptance and payment

Before checkout the user chooses an offer/interval, supplies receipt email, and separately confirms this offer, the amount and recurring payments. Acceptance of the paid offer under Article 438 of the Civil Code is completed by confirmed payment of the order. The order records agreed terms, amount, period and consent time.

The secure payment page is provided by YooKassa, operated by YooMoney, NBCO LLC. Card details and codes are entered there. A redirect back does not itself confirm payment; the server verifies it through the API. If the result is uncertain, do not pay again: check the order or contact mail@create-products.com.

If the payment provider does not save the method, paid access is granted without automatic renewal. Bank/YooKassa confirmation does not replace the professional income tax receipt.

Explicitly marked test mode uses YooKassa test details: no real settlement or paid obligation arises and no fiscal receipt is issued.

5. Renewal and withdrawal of payment details

With separate recurring-payment permission and a saved method, the same agreed amount is charged for each next selected month/year until renewal is disabled. An email at least three days before the next charge states amount, date and cancellation method. Current details appear on Plans.

Turn renewal off electronically on Plans at any time or send a request identifying the account to mail@create-products.com. No fee or phone call is required. Disabling renewal also withdraws permission to use saved details for future periodic payments: no new charges are initiated without a new express authorisation.

An earlier request already sent to the provider may have an uncertain result. Its dispatch and withdrawal times are examined; this does not authorise new charges after withdrawal or limit refund rights for unlawful charges.

Disabling renewal preserves paid access until expiry. Non-payment returns the account to Free without deleting the profile. Re-enabling renewal requires a separate action.

Switching monthly/annual billing applies next period after confirmation of the new amount/date. A catalogue update alone does not change an already agreed renewal amount; the current paid period is not recalculated.

6. Tax receipts

The Provider uses professional income tax and issues My Tax receipts within the statutory period for the actual payment method under Law No. 422-FZ. No next-month deferral is promised for card payments. Receipts go to the checkout email. The Provider remains responsible; a regular payment email is not a fiscal receipt.

For missing/incorrect receipts contact mail@create-products.com with the order and delivery email. Do not send card details or codes. A refund is accompanied by the legally required settlement correction.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Users may cancel a subscription at any time. Applicable rules include the right to withdraw from a conforming digital product within seven days excluding the purchase day; this does not remove the later right to stop a continuous service. Activation/sign-in alone does not make a payment non-refundable.

On withdrawal from continuous paid access, the unused portion is refunded proportionately to the remaining paid period. Termination is dated by receipt of a sufficient request identifying the order, not by the Provider's reply date. Mandatory rights for poor quality or delays are not reduced.

Email mail@create-products.com with the account/order and a request to end access/refund payment. Reasons are voluntary except facts needed to consider a particular claim. No waiver of legal rights is required. The Provider explains the calculation and does not impose arbitrary cancellation penalties.

The Provider returns funds no later than ten calendar days after receiving a request sufficient to identify the account or order, unless applicable law requires a shorter period. The payment service returns funds to supported details. Banking processing does not remove the Provider's obligations.

A confirmed full refund ends access for that payment and disables renewal. Partial refunds/access termination follow the actual calculation; no new charge occurs without grounds. Simply stopping the next renewal is not a refund request for the current period.

8. Data and intellectual property

Necessary account, order, consent and settlement records are processed for the contract. The separate policy describes purposes, recipients, periods and rights. AI/public sharing need separate permissions. Profile import does not transfer payment or renewal consent.

Users retain rights to their materials and permit only technical processing for selected features. The platform and Provider materials are available for personal service use; exclusive rights/source code are not assigned. AI output exclusivity or copyright protection is not guaranteed; use must respect others' rights and applicable law.

Account deletion stops future renewals. Settlement records may remain separately on lawful grounds. Deleting an account does not waive refund rights.

9. Performance and responsibility

Users must provide lawful materials, protect account access and keep contacts current. Attacks, bypassing limits, unlawful disclosure of others' data and unlawful use are prohibited.

Access can depend on connectivity, model providers and payment infrastructure. The Provider responds about significant faults/restoration measures. Using third parties does not remove mandatory quality or consumer protection duties.

No outcome disclaimer or technical qualification excludes statutory liability, damages, recalculation or refunds. Access restrictions and settlements must be proportionate and lawful; arbitrary deprivation of paid access is not permitted.

10. Versions, requests and disputes

The dated text is public. A new contract uses the version shown before payment and recorded in its order. New terms do not retrospectively change a paid period or agreed renewal amount without proper grounds and required confirmation.

Contact mail@create-products.com. Issues may be resolved by correspondence; this offer does not impose mandatory pre-action procedures or exclusive venue at the Provider's location. Users retain statutory remedies and choice of court. Russian law applies subject to mandatory applicable rules.
