Consent to Public Disclosure of Profile Data

1. Operator and independent choice

I authorize the operator Sergey Misakovich Durgalyan, Taxpayer identification number (INN) 232018676341, Sochi, Russian Federation, to disclose my selected LifeProgress profile data through a public link on life.create-products.com. This is independent consent under Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, separate from registration, AI consent and payment terms.

Disclosure is voluntary. Your private profile and other service features remain available without it. Reading this page does not itself authorize publication.

2. Purpose and categories of disclosed data

The purpose is to show my development map to other people through a link I choose to activate. This view always includes my display name, role, current portrait, area names, basic qualities, skills, levels, assessment model and area connections. I can preview these data before publication.

Goal titles, horizons and progress are disclosed only when Show goals is enabled. Titles and dates of steps in the current weekly plan are disclosed only when Show plan is enabled. Adding either category to an active link requires a new explicit confirmation. My subsequent changes to already approved categories also appear through the link while access remains open.

Email, passwords, Telegram identifiers, billing details, notes, assessment reasoning and examples, assistant conversations and proposals, and internal record identifiers are excluded from the public response. Do not publish diagnoses, intimate information, documents, other special categories of data or third-party information without a lawful basis.

3. Recipients and data operations

I authorize access to and public disclosure of the selected information to an indefinite group of people through a public webpage. Anyone with the link can open it without signing in, forward it or save what they see. Search-engine exclusion does not restrict access or prevent copies.

This permission does not cover marketing mail, data sales or third-party processing for other purposes without an independent lawful basis. Send any specific conditions or restrictions to the operator's email below; close the public link until they are agreed. This feature does not restrict viewers through a password or user list.

4. Duration, confirmation and withdrawal

Consent applies from your independent confirmation in Share profile until access is closed, consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted. The checkbox is not preselected. The server stores the date, document version and approved categories. Creating a new link invalidates the previous one; links without current confirmation do not expose the profile or portrait.

Withdraw permission using Close access in the same dialog or by writing to mail@create-products.com. Turning off goals or the plan and saving the settings ends their publication. In an electronic request, identify your account and the categories whose disclosure must stop; passwords and sign-in codes are not needed. Requests are handled within the deadlines in Article 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ, including ending disclosure within three working days after receiving the request.

After the link is closed, LifeProgress stops serving its data. Copies previously saved by others are not automatically deleted; their further processing remains subject to law. Closing access does not delete the owner's private profile.
